Interlocked Bowl Lift
This simple lever-style lift makes it easy to raise and lower the bowl as needed.
Three Speed Full Horsepower
This 10 qt. commercial mixer has one full HP and is perfect for mixing anything from whipped potatoes, whipped cream, cake batter and many more. A gear driven transmission provides more durability than belt driven mixers.
Stainless Steel Bowl Guard
Maximize your safety with this stainless steel wire bowl guard. This guard settles over the bowl to keep hands, spatulas, and anything else safe from accidentally coming into contact with the attachments while the mixer is in operation.
Lift and Turn Connection
Wire whip, flat beater, and spiral dough hook all feature an easy to use lift and turn connection making your accessories easy to change or remove.
Safety Cut Off Switch
Safety cut-switch temporarily interrupts power if gears are changed without stopping the mixer. This feature prevents your motor from overload while prolonging the mixer’s life!
